RETURNS
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. STORE CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO A GIFT CARD.
MUST BE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY/IN STORE PICK UP READY DATE
FOR ONLINE RETURNS - POSTAGE DATE MUST BE WITHIN THE 7 DAY TIME FRAME.
We are confident that our products are of high quality and pass quality inspection before hitting our pickup shelf and shipping carrier. We will always do our very best to make sure our customers are taken care of fairly and within a timely manner. Upon receiving your order, please make sure all items are to your satisfaction and free of any damage. If you do receive an item with shipping damage, please email us at shopraesterling@gmail.com promptly. If you need to return or exchange an item - please do so within 7 days of purchase date.
WE ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT
If your items are just not going to work out - no worries! Store credit is issued via E-Gift Card CODE sent to your email. This E-Gift card will be sent within 5 days of receiving your returned item. This gift card expires after 2 years, so come back anytime during that time frame and shop our ever-changing styles! NO in store returns, only processed online.
Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase.
WHERE DO I BEGIN WITH MY ONLINE RETURN?
Please email us at shopraesterling@gmail.com with your order number, name the order was placed under, reason for return and your contact info. Once your return is authorized, you will have 5 days to ship back to us. Returns sent outside of the time frame will be returned to the sender. If mailed back without authorized return, we reserve the right to “return to sender”. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Must include original packing slip and tags if any.
Additional items that are not listed on the return packing slip will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your store credit.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling of returned merchandise. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for return shipping fees for any unauthorized items that are included in your return package. We will invoice you with the return shipping fees if you want your items back.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- If you have requested a size exchange on your return form, we will process and ship the requested size the cost of shipping. **Please note: your requested size is not held until the package is received. If the item becomes unavailable, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount sent to the e-mail provided at checkout.
- We STRONGLY suggest keeping your tracking number for your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returned merchandise. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and free of perfumes, deodorant, makeup, smoke, pet hair, and any other stains/elements. Original tags must also still be intact. If any returns do not meet these requirements, the return will be denied and any shipping charges to get merchandise back to the customer will be at the expense of the customer.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs, marks or odors. Shoes must be returned with the original box, inside another box or package that does not damage the original shoe box. Shipping shoes back incorrectly will void the return authorization and the return will be denied.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you after we have received the return and authorized it.
- Please review the list of ineligible items below before requesting a return.

Orders that have a promo or discount code applied at checkout are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for returns and store credit.
Due to our fast inventory turnover, all SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Thank you for understanding.
